Using an injection moulding type head to deposit a high volume of polymer pellets layer by layer up to 12kg/hr and 16m/min, compared to current fast deposition systems is over 25x faster in printing near net shapes, combined with a very large printing envelope of 4 metres x 2 metres x 1 metre this opens up opportunities to manufacture products such as composite tooling, vac & router fixtures.
